Cleaning Stained Glass & Metal
- Wash it with a solution of warm water and a neutral-pH soap.
- Apply it with a soft rag. Do not use a commercial window cleaner on leaded glass because these solutions usually contain ammonia, which can cause a chemical reaction with the filler compound. (While I do use lead-free, it has the same effect. I also like to use QTips with cleaning alcohol.
- METAL - Daggers/wands etc are all made out of molten metal (lead free) and sometimes mixed with steel (the blades). Metal changes with varying weather, to clean handles and hilts please use steel wool. To clean blades please use WD40.
